Though it really doesn't matter which you use since the "English" one gets there too (but if you use the Japanese one be sure to write "Japan" there somewhere too XD) I've never used the Japanese version of the address myself even though I always write my letters in Japanese but you can choose which to use ^.^
The JE people screen the mail really careful before actually giving them to the boys so you are not alloved to send anything with the letter. To ensure your letter gets there, use simple paper, plain envelope (no decorations!!) and it's better if you don't write your address on the envelope. Letters that are rejecter are only sent bact to sender if they're from Japan so having the address there doesn't make a ny difference, and as for what comes to the boys answering the letters they have to do if through their manager so they wouldn't probably send those outside Japan either so it makes no difference that way either so it's better to leave it out.

are you mean that we can use either japanese address or english address ?
and the boy can not send the letter to us ?
thank you for answer me those question ^ ^

As far as I know if the boys want to answer a fanletter, they need to write the letter and then give it to their manager who then sends it, but I have never heard of any fan who lives outside Japan get a reply. Japanese fangirls have sometimes gotten letters from the boys so I'd guess they can only send answer letters to the fans who live inside Japan. Because when the JE people inspect the letters, if they're not approved they will be sent back to the writer if they live in Japan, but if they live outside Japan the letter is just thrown away and no one gets them. This is what mostly happens at least, I'm not 100% sure if all the outside-Japan sent letters are thrown away and not returned to the sender if they don't get approved, but at least I've never heard any letter been answered. But the main idea with sending letters to the boys is to make them know they're loved, not because you want to get a letter from them. The boys get so much letters anyway they couldn't even do that. Though I know Nakamaru at least answers fanletters sometimes, and some Japanese girl once got a letter from one of the Arashi guys though I can't remember who (I think it was Ohno...)

erm. do you think if i print out my letter and mail it, they will accept?

and because opening someone else's letter is illegal everywhere, even in JE worldso it doesn't really matter how you do the actual letter. Just don't put any decorations on it, because if the people inspecting those suspect there's anything else than the letter inside they reject it (and bigger decorations could make them think that). So the smaller/plainer letter it it the biggest chances for it to get through. Personally I think a handwritten letter is always better than a printed one because it's more personal and I think the boys would appreciate it more too. But it doesn't matter to the accepting the letter because the people inspecting those never open them.no subject
