NEWS Nominated In Japan Billboard Music Awards 2010

i've found this fabulous piece of news in jpopfun's website while surfing there. apparently, NEWS has been nominated as one of the many nominees for Top Pop Artists 2010!!!!!

in order to help them win, we have to vote. however, i couldn't find any link which will lead me to the official website whereby we can vote.

or maybe somebody here who is aware is able to help out?

i saw the same post at asianfanatics.net i think yamapi is also included in the nomination as a solo artist

did JE change its no award thingie policy? i mean, whenever an artist from the company gets nominated, they politely decline.
