Did you know that Yamapi's drama Buzzer Beat has been released in Japan in an official Region 2 box set that includes English subtitles? I've been corresponding with a representative from FujiTV who has confirmed that while neither CDJapan nor YesAsia mention English subs in their listings, the official box set does have them.

If you're anything like me, as much as you love and appreciate the things that have been translated for us online, sometimes you really want a physical copy of the DVDs. Knowing that there are official, English-subbed options out there (and knowing some of the money makes its way back to Japan and the artists involved) is awesome, but a lot of the time, news about these kinds of releases is hard to find.

That's why I started AsianPopShock - a community dedicated to keeping fans of all Japanese (and Korean) media informed of English language licensing news, sales at reputable retailers, and contests. The community also provides resources like perpetually updated lists of English-subbed DVDs, featuring members of JE groups and popular Japanese actors and actresses.

Wonderful community! :) I started making a similar list at Tomonari (http://tomonari.eu/), here (http://tomonari.eu/links.php#J2), but since you have so many more titles listed (and have them so nicely organized), I'll remove the links I have there and add a link to your community instead. And if you want to be affiliates, that would of course be nice too. :) If you want to include concert DVDs in your list, you might want to add Fukanzen Funky White Dragon by ENDLICHERI ENDLICHERI.
