Requesting NEWS (.^o^.)

I wonder if anyone brought this topic up already. This year, NHK is taking requests for performers on 紅白歌合戦 (An annual singing contest between Red(female artist) and White(male artisit) on New Year's Eve). Last year, if I remember correctly, I think the girls won. Well, that's besides the point.


It says on the website that you can pick up to three artist from the list of 600 artist that they've created (there are very few recent artists, unfortunately). MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! You can request one more that's not on the list. You have to type in your e-mail and stuff so they can make sure you only vote once.

I was wondering if you guys were going to vote for NEWS and which one of their songs you would pick . So um yeah... I guess these would be the five choices.

1。Teppen - NEWS
2。チェリッシュ - NEWS
3。希望～YELL～ - NEWS
4。紅く燃ゆる太陽 - NEWS
5。NEWSニッポン - NEWS

NEWS has become very popular so hopefully they won't have any trouble getting on. For me, I have a dilemma, because I'm for NEWS and 関ジャニ∞! I want to see Ryoちゃん get on, it would make me とっても happy♥. Remember, this is an NHK show, so people who have NHK channel, this would be worth looking into, don't you think? The last date to vote is Oct. 31. So tell me what you guys think, so I can decide what song I want to vote for.

I think I've voted before... And it was K8 because Hina said he wanted to be on it ^^;;

hey, i visited the site and I can't figure out how to vote. Do you mind giving me instructions? I'm planning to vote for K8 'cause someone mentioned that yoko wants to k8 to be part of the kohaku this year. ^_^

Anyway, if your heart's set on voting for NewS, I would probably go with NewS Nippon, Teppen, or Cherish 'cause those are the songs I like the best.
