Project #johnnyscountdown

Hi fandom!
I've noticed that there are a lot of Korean trending topics on Twitter right now,so I was thinking, why not do one for #johnnyscountdown ?

The countdown is airing at 11.45 pm in Japan, let's start tweeting at 10pm Japan time opn the 31st of December!

I know some other Johnnys groups are participating in Kohaku or their own concert during the countdown, but let's all work together to make #johnnyscountdown number 1!
I'm sure with the whole fandom participating we can get number 1 on the trending topics!

Hi,
There's only one thing I'd like to say, have you even thought about the fact that if the johnny's become too popular outside Japan, it's not gonna be great for everything (ok they'll be able to do concerts in others countries maybe) but first I think they'll be afraid to know how popular they are, then Johnny might want them to do more americanised music to atract more fans and that I definitely don't want !!! I think it's better to leave the Japanese idols to Japan and to watch them from aside without attracting too much attention to us... plus if you attract too much attention... the vids will all be hunted down, same for dl of cd, concerts and all...

they know how popular they are.
and i just want a trending topic. they aren't gonna know from twitter how popular they are. when it's trending, people will just ask, what's that? and forget about it.
and...might i remind you that project #deadfisheyes (yamapi) and #eggplant (jin) made it onto top 10 of trending topics too? LOL.

Many Japanese people also use Twitter, and sometimes in English. Plus, I really doubt JE goes on twitter and monitors these things... >.> Besides, they're aware of us, and are happily ignoring us as they torture us by getting us to buy their crap without sending the boys over here. XD

That's great they ignore us, after all, they don't do what they do for us but for the japanese so I don't see why they should come... (that's just my point of view I know nobody agrees with me but don't start throwing tomatoes XD)
And I didn't say they are monitoring all the crap going on twitter, I just said that if there's too much people getting interested that might be the end of fansubbing and that they may make a more americanised music to attract even more people...(I'm exagerrating in purpose by the way ^^") But since ilovefuji_xx said that it doesn't leave too much of an impact, I'm reassured, that's all !!

Er, well, it wasn't my intention to preach, but it seemed like you didn't know...

I really doubt it. JE is so ridiculously popular in Japan and Johnny makes boatloads, why expand into the U.S., where there's a smaller market for this kind of music? As far as making their music more American, well, that's already happened (Japanese music trends to follow American music trends), but why fix what ain't broke? :\
