Exact premiere date for "Dareka ga Watashi ni Kisu wo Shita" is announced on Toei official site - 2010/03/27
It seems they decided to use book title "Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac" as subheading.

I have a hope that DVD will be released with English subtitles, 'cause this movie is really international. In one of interviews Maki said that half of her lines are in English - it makes sense to translate other half too xD

I suppose that it should be released before the end of 2010. Average period between premier and DVD release is 6-8 months.

none, I love Toei for producing animes such as Sailor Moon, One Piece, etc.. (and I have a friend who works as an animator there)
I was just not expecting this announcement from that company.. Its my mistake that I didn't know they produce/distribute stuffs other than anime..

Its actually cute coz Toei is the animation studio behind Lovely Complex (and we all know that Tegomass's Kimi + Boku = LOVE & Kiss ~Kaerimichi no Love Song~ are the theme songs of that anime..) hehe (^__^)V

Ah really? Didn't pay much attention to the names of animation studios back when I watched anime. Lovely Complex was great, I enjoyed it... but I recall that I skipped endings 'cause Kiss seemed boring to me ^^"

hahaha you're the first person who find Kiss boring.. interesting.. dont worry I didnt like it at first it just grew on me XD
I became a Tegomass fan (and later on NEWS fan) bec of it. since my friend was one of its animators, he recommended it to me. that's why its very special to me. =D

me too!!! I youtubed tegomass but I was searching for the Kimi + Boku = LOVE PV.. I've known NEWS long before bec of Pi but never really bothered with them.. then I heard an acapella of Miso Soup and I got moved by it. that's when I decided to be a Tegomass fan (^___^)V

i actualyl didnt knwo anythign about th ejpop fandom before it so it made an enormous change in my daily fun activities 8D dl-ing every show n readign old interviews etc etc. ahh i feel nostalgic thinking about it :3

That's Toei Animation Co., it's a studio owned by Toei Company, Limited (東映株式会社).
And like dara_z said, Toei Company owns and operates over 30 movie theaters across Japan because their main service is said to be "Film and TV distribution and marketing".
