[Question] Accomodation in Tokyo, Japan

My sister and I are definitely going to the News concert in Yokohama in Jan! But the problem is I don't know where there are decent places for accommodation in Tokyo.

Can anyone recommend a good decent hotel/hostel/motel/etc in Yokohama or other areas that can get to Yohoyama Arena easily at a decent price?
