you can buy from the paparazzi shop in Harujuku but the price is very high and the seat is no good.
Or buy from Yakusa (the 40-50 ages guys) in front of the concert. but the price is high too. but, If you buy before concert start 5-10 min. the price will be lower but you have to strict abt your budget. example., if you have 10000 yen and you want ticket lower than 7000 yen you have to a ask them 4-5000 first if they dont sell it, you have to up the price a little bit, but if it's reach your budget just don't buy it. and find another yakusa. but this way is quite risk. coz sometime you won't get the ticket. (but one of ma friend got it in 4000 yen :D)
Or get it from site Ticket.co.jp but you have to find someone that live in Japan and have address in Japan. This site the ticket price is depend on the seat that you want or you can choose buy you budget.
another way find a friend or somebody who live in Japan and be a You&J member to get it to you. ^^
I not recommend the Auction one coz price is quite high and hard to get it if you don't have a Japanese address and bank book.
