Tegoshi's going to Waseda - which from what I've heard does correspondence classes and as such. Waseda courses can take a four year course and extend it to up to eight years for the student to do at their own pace. I don't think they go along a schedule for generic school terms. He'll graduate when he has time to get the work done. I think.
